What makes the Lazy Acres bakery unique?

“All our cakes are made in-house using organic flour, organic sugar, and cage-free eggs. Even our buttercreams are made from scratch! Our cake decorators are true artists that create beautiful works of art that set us apart. We also offer a wonderful selection of allergen-friendly, vegan and gluten-free products that ensure everyone can find something to enjoy.”

What inspired you to join the Lazy Acres Team?

“My passion for baking since I was young led me to my Culinary Arts Degree in Baking and Pastry. When I saw that Lazy Acres Hermosa Beach needed a Baker, I knew it would be a great opportunity for me to learn and grow my craft. As time went on, I grew from Baker to Bakery Manager and am so grateful to now join the team as Assistant Bakery Category Manager.”
