Ingredients
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
1/2 cup beer
¼ lb bacon diced
1 teaspoon yellow onion minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Directions

Dice bacon into small pieces. Cook in pot on medium heat until fat is rendered and bacon is crispy. Add the onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add the beer, cheddar cheese and cream cheese, and garlic powder. Cook on low heat until melted. Sprinkle top with paprika.

Serve with veggies or salty potato chips.
