Ingredients

  • 6 cups spinach

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/2 cup Valencia almonds chopped

  • your favorite dressing

Optional Ingredients

  • boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked

Directions

  1. In salad bowl, toss greens, blueberries, feta, almonds and chicken. Mix in dressing to taste. Serve immediately.
