Cantaloupe Mint Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds cantaloupe (weight without seeds and rind)

  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, roughly chopped

  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Cut the melon into small cubes and place on a baking sheet in freezer until frozen. 
  2. Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Serve immediately or add it to the freezer to set up further, if necessary.
