Ingredients
12 ounces white chocolate chips
8 cups milk of your choice (nondairy is fine, too!)
1 teaspoon vanilla
food coloring in your choice of colors
sprinkles
candy for garnish (candy corns, chocolate peanut butter candies, etc.)
whipped cream
Directions

Place white chocolate chips in a large bowl and set aside.

Warm milk in a saucepan over medium heat, until it just starts to bubble.

Pour warm milk over white chocolate chips. Whisk together until chocolate is melted and consistency is smooth.

Mix in vanilla and your choice of food coloring.

Pour into glass mugs and garnish with whipped cream and candies.
