Ingredients
SALAD:
1 curly kale, stems removed, leaves thinly sliced
3/4 or shredded carrots grated
1/3 roasted, salted sunflower seeds
DRESSING:
1/4 mayonnaise
1 tamari
1 1/2 rice wine vinegar
1 sesame oil
1 garlic minced
1 fresh ginger minced
1/4 cayenne pepper
1/2 cumin ground
salt
Directions

In a large salad bowl combine carrots, kale, and sunflower seeds. In a small bowl whisk together dressing ingredients.

Pour over kale mixture; toss well to combine. Add salt to taste.
